Hose Pipe Tube

Hose are designed for flexible connection of pipelines and aggregates of various aircraft systems and ground equipment.

Types of Hoses:

- Hoses with thread braiding for hydraulic systems, air and fuel systems. - Hoses with metal braids for air and hydraulic systems.

- Hoses with thread or metal braids for oil systems.

 

Heat-resistant pipes is made of polymeric materials, and, as a result of heat treatment, have the property of decreasing in volume.   

 Heat-resistant pipes is often used to:

-Germetize and protect cords from mechanical damage, provide them with anti-corrosion protection.

-Production of high-class insulation products.

-Connect the strands.

-Exclude deformation in places of bending wires, etc.

 

Fluoroplastic tubes with connecting fittings are designed for transportation of working media in aircraft systems operating under conditions of high level of vibration, pressure pulsation and water hammers, have low hydro resistance in comparison with metal tubes, high work surface cleanliness, are protected from electrostatic charges, inert to any transported liquids and gases, including especially aggressive ones. A special feature of the construction of fluoroplastic tubes (hoses) is a flexible inner chamber in the form of a tube made of fluoroplastic (Teflon), which is subsequently coiled with layers of stainless steel spiral and mesh braids.
