Crane electromagnetic GA-142/2

The principle of operation of the three-position crane on the example of GA-142/2.

The three-position crane consists of a body with fittings, electromagnets with pushers, two buttons, a spool, two balls and a sleeve with a spring. Cavities to the right and left of the pistons are in communication with the inlet fitting. Output fittings communicated with the drain fitting in the initial position. When the electromagnets are turned off, the balls lock the holes that connect the pressure line with the drain fitting. The line pressure head communicates with the cavities on the right and left behind the pistons and holds the valve in the middle position. At the same time, the piston and rod cavities of the hydraulic cylinder communicate with the drain through the valve. In this case, under the pressure of the working fluid, the left piston will move the spool to the right and inform the inlet fitting with the right output. The left 'output nozzle will remain connected to the drain nozzle. When the left electromagnet is turned on or the left button is pressed, the operation of the crane elements is similar.
